AWARDS PROGRAM
The ZGK Foundation prides itself on celebrating individuals who truly demonstrate leadership skills and show compassion and concern for others through acts of kindness and selflessness. We strive to honor those who uplift and set a positive example for those around them. Since the criteria we value cannot solely be measured in the classroom or on the sporting field, we rely on input from community members, faculty, peers, and others who note positive behaviors, acts of kindness, and leadership traits in the nominee.
Severna Park High School
Community Leadership Award
Each year graduating seniors at Severna Park High School will be selected to receive the Zachary Gerald Knight Community Leadership Award. This monetary award of $2,500 per student may be used as the recipients deem necessary for entering the next phase of life - whether that be higher education, military service, entrance into the workforce etc.
2024 Applications Due May 1, 2024
The ZGK Foundation’s Anne Arundel Community College Award supports students who live in Anne Arundel County and are pursuing studies to further their academic pursuits and future careers at AACC. Awardees must meet criteria that support both the mission of the ZGK Foundation and the qualifying standards of the AACC Foundation.
